From Ubisoft:
The Astro Bot costume in Rayman Legends Retold will be available for free on players’ first visit to Victor Velour, the game’s resident tailor, at his costume shop. The costume is the result of a collaboration between Ubisoft Milan, Ubisoft Montpellier and Team ASOBI.
