SEED lands in Early Access

Dateline: 7/21/2026

The massively multiplayer life simulator SEED is now available in Early Access via the Klang Games launcher, and will come to Steam later this year.

From Klang Games:

Set in an always-on, evolving world, SEED is a persistent, player-driven life and MMO simulation. At the end of the 21st century, humanity left Earth to find a new home. The planet Avesta was chosen for its many similarities to Earth. From small social encounters to planet-wide policies and programs, the world of SEED is deep, limitless, and full of life. Players guide their characters, called "Seedlings," build communities, shape politics, and leave a legacy that lasts beyond a single session. In SEED, players belong to something bigger, where every alliance, every conflict, and every decision changes the course of Avesta forever.

SEED is now live in Early Access for a base price of $29.99. Explore the available packs and exclusive Early Access Web Store Bundles below:

  • Collaborative Governance: Players form shared societies and define their own laws and government structures, ranging from democracies to authoritarian dictatorships./

  • “Seedling Chat”: Players talk directly to their seedlings through the “Seedling Chat”, which allows them to understand their thoughts and feelings or influence their social lives.

  • Life Cycles & Inheritance: Seedlings have a life cycle, they age and die.

  • One Shared World: In SEED, everyone is sharing the same world – with the potential to become the largest simulation in gaming history.

Alongside the full PC experience, a mobile version of SEED is also in development and expected to roll out across app stores later this year. Through the app, players can check in on their always-online Seedlings on-the-go and play a fully optimized version of the game itself.

“We’ve spent many years creating this expansive, reactive world for our players and we could not have launched it on a more perfect day,” said Mundi Vondi, CEO and co-founder of Klang Games. “The entire team at Klang is anxiously awaiting a host of new Seedlings to set foot in Avesta today to begin building their persistent lives and societies."
