"A Hero's Journey," is now available on all platforms, introducing Hercules and his legendary mentor Phil from Disney's Hercules. The update also brings a new Realm door adventure, a "Godly Glamor" Star Path, along with new events, and fresh items in Scrooge McDuck's Store and the Premium Shop.

- With the help of the wise satyr, Phil, travel through a new Realm door to a training island lost to darkness, where you will face heroic trials to bring back its light and earn your place as a true hero. Along the way, meet Hercules, the legendary hero from Disney's Hercules, and join forces with him to overcome the mysterious force threatening the training island and bring back its former glory. Once Hercules and Phil have moved into your Valley, complete their unique Friendship Quests and unlock new rewards.
- Channel your inner deity with the new "Godly Glamor" Star Path, featuring radiant new outfits and divine-inspired furniture. Unlock exclusive rewards, including a Mythical Cloud Glider, a Pink Baby Pegasus companion, Hercules' Divine Glow Dream Style, and the Olympian Cloud Mansion House Style.
- From June 10 to June 30, the Dreamlight Parks Fest Event will be back! Collect buttons around the Valley and unlock both returning and new rewards.
- From July 15 to July 28, the new Picture Pursuit Event will challenge you to complete daily quests, discover strange motifs, and capture photos to unlock them for personal use, with an exclusive Photo Mode frame awarded for completing the full Collection.
- The Premium Shop is also being updated with new bundles and items, including the Gilded Agora Bundle, Herculean Villa House Style, and the ability to summon a fierce new ally with the new Good, Good, Good Puppy companion! Additional content includes the Cozy Companion Rajah Bundle with unique interactions tied to Aladdin and Jasmine, Photo Mode poses, and an exclusive Friendship reward. New items will also appear, such as Glittering Shore Ariel, Moana Parade Float, and mount accessories.
- A new quality-of-life update introduces Decoration Presets. This feature works alongside Group Mode and will now allow you to select a section of your Valley and save the items placed inside as a Preset, empowering you to be able to remove, copy, and re-place decorated sections with ease!
- Player progression has also been updated with a new level cap increase from 40 to 50, offering additional rewards including exclusive fashion and furniture items.
- Critter schedules have been adjusted to make rarer companions easier to find, with updated all-day availability for select variants across the week.
- Scrooge McDuck's General Store is receiving new weekly rotating clothing and furniture items, with improved item variety and increased chances of discovering new items each day. Additional themed items will become available after Hercules joins the Valley.
