Today, Xbox announced that select Xbox Insiders can begin testing the latest Xbox console updates, including the newly introduced boot up experience, refreshed tiered Gamerscore badges, and expanded game library filters. These features – shaped directly by player feedback – will roll out to more Insiders over time, with broader availability coming later.
Highlights include:
- New Boot Up Experience – A new console boot up experience with a new animation and sound, featuring the new Xbox logo with the signature green players know so well.
- Earn New Tiered Gamerscore Badges – Earn new tiered badges that reflect a player’s lifetime Gamerscore, giving them a fresh way to showcase their journey on Xbox, which appears on their profile and in the Guide.
- Understanding Your Game Library at a Glance – New filters make it easy for players to separate owned games from shared titles and identify installed games they no longer have access to.
