Sol Raiders releases globally across Zero Latency's sites on February 9, 2019. Starting today, tickets are available online at zerolatencyvr.com/solraiders or at arenas worldwide. Prices vary by location.
"With more than half a million game plays in our global locations, and the global popularity of eSports on the rise, we've seen a lot of demand from players who want to compete against each other in head-to-head action. With Sol Raiders, now they can," said Tim Ruse, CEO of Zero Latency. "If you thought that shooting zombies in our VR locations was fun, just wait until you have a chance to pit your gaming skills against your family and friends!"
Earth is gone and the last remnants of humanity are traveling the universe in search of new worlds...and new wealth. A power source unlike any other -- called Sol -- will make you rich if you can get it. The only problem is, everyone wants it, and to get it, you must battle for it. So pilot your combat rig, form your crew, and prepare yourself for blistering, team-based combat. Three diverse and futuristic maps, complete with different objectives and heart-pounding engagements, will keep players coming back for more.
Built with a brand new game engine and a new animation system, and featuring an original sci-fi universe, Sol Raiders is Zero Latency's most ambitious title yet. It was designed as a VR eSports title and is the first competitive offering from Zero Latency. At launch, the game will support three languages: English, Spanish, and Japanese.
