Wargaming is over the moon with excitement to announce the re-entry of Lunar Mode and custom map "Moon River" in the Xbox versions of World of Tanks for a limited time event. Lunar Mode blasts off today and offers players an out of this world tanking experience through December 20. It doesn't get any CRATER than this! Upon logging in, players will receive a stellar version of the M-24 Chaffee entirely reworked for space combat and equipped with a laser blaster. This impressive laser replaces the standard M-24 cannon, firing off energy bursts with a quick reload time, covering the battlefield in pure galactic chaos. Even the most experienced tanker will be left wondering who shot first. Unhindered from pesky Earth gravity, the M-24 Chaffee propels across the surface of the Moon and launches weightlessly through the atmosphere, creating an uneclipsed tanking adventure.
