Just in time for Halloween, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced Mortal Kombat X for iPad, iPhone, iPod touch and Android devices will now offer a new character - Jason Voorhees. The machete-wielding star of the Friday the 13th films makes his haunting debut in the mobile game beginning today. With both the Jason Challenge and the Jason Multiplayer Season, players will have several opportunities to add this masked horror icon to their roster. You've been warned...are you ready? As the next evolution of mobile fighting games, the Mortal Kombat X mobile game features a hybrid of fighting, card collecting, multiplayer team combat and more, featuring shocking Fatalities, legendary Mortal Kombat characters like Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Raiden as well as the Next generation of Kombatants. Players who own the console or PC versions of the game can unlock content in the mobile game and vice versa by signing up for a WB Play account and completing tasks and achievements within each version. | |
