At each event, fans will battle for the highest score in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege in hopes of winning the ultimate grand prize: a trip to Los Angeles to show off their skills during the star-studded Siege Day launch event, live streamed to the world. Players can enter alone or with friends, and play as many times as they like. The Siege Games locations: July 9-12: August 7-9: August 28-31: September 2: Early October: Players who are unable to attend the events in person are also eligible to compete to earn a trip to Siege Day by registering for the closed beta and playing for a high score. The closed beta starts September 24. Sign up for the closed beta waiting list and opt in to The Siege Games at thesiegegames.ubi.com. Ubisoft and Extra Life, a Children's Miracle Network Hospitals fundraising program, are giving gamers a surefire way to participate in the closed beta and help raise money for their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital in the process. Starting today, anyone who donates $6 or more to Extra Life will receive a code for guaranteed access to the Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Closed Beta in September. People can donate online at extra-life.org/rainbowsix or at any Extra Life participant's fundraising page. Codes for the closed beta will be delivered via email to anyone who donates $6 or more by mid-July. Local Extra Life Guilds will also be on hand at each competition to register players for Extra Life 2015. "At Extra Life, our motto is ‘play games, heal kids.' Giving back to the kids who need it most should be fun, and what's more fun than playing games?" said Michael Kinney, Team Extra Life. "We're thrilled to combine the passion of Rainbow Six fans and the Extra Life community to create an astronomical force for good to help sick and injured kids everywhere." | |
