One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pass 3 is now available for pre-order, adding new playable characters, customization and bonus content to the game. Character Pass 3 includes the upcoming DLCs No. 7 and No. 8 which will add six new characters starting with fan-favorite Rob Lucci CP-0 coming in Fall 2025. Players will also get the pass bonus Shanks’ Special Technique “Divine Departure” along with new character outfits. Having sold over 4 million copies globally, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 continues to expand its roster with Character Pass 3, featuring DLC content that adds new playable characters and outfits. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, and is compatible with PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. Character Pass 3 is available for purchase separately.
Character Pass 3 owners will get DLC 7 this fall, adding three new characters, including Rob Lucci CP-0. Known as the “Massacre Weapon,” Rob Lucci is a masked agent of CP-0 and remains the assassin unit's strongest member in history. Previously dismissed and responsible for the Straw Hats' havoc on Enies Lobby, he managed to be reinstated into Cipher Pol as part of CP-0, as Spandam's superior. Character Pass 3 will feature new move sets to tackle the enemy hordes as well as additional character outfits.
Available in Early 2026, DLC No. 8 “Special Selection Pack” comes to Character Pass 3, adding three new characters:
- Eneru: The former tyrannical "God" of Skypiea, Eneru used his Goro Goro no Mi power to destroy his homeland and proceeded to take over Skypiea with his followers. Upon reaching Fairy Vearth, he was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and therefore became the moon’s new ruler.
- King: As an Arber, King was a member of the near-extinct lunarian race from the Red Line, noted for their ability to create fire. He is now known as King the Conflagration, part of one of the three All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates and Kaidou's right-hand man.
- Z: Full name “Black Arm” Zephyr, Z was the Neo Marines' Supreme Commander and former Marine Admiral and instructor before his resignation.
