"I am pretty sure that it is in unleashed - anyway when you visit old town there is a tip to get your sims mood up- Any place that sells clothes there will be a women in a yellow dress and hat (cant remember name) you can choose to have your palm read for $20 do this and depending on which fortune you get you- and all of your family members moods will go up to the max.
It may take a few tries the ones i know work are the marrige one gets everyones mood and i am not sure on the others You could just use the move_objects on cheat but this way is a little less well cheating
