Yukinori, a manager at a talent agency, lived a quiet, ordinary life while earnestly doing his job. But everything changes when a shooting incident involving a politician occurs during a memorial service he attends for work. Hinagi, a nationally popular high school female idol, was also caught up in the incident and came down with a high fever. In order to help her, players must find a diner that is rumored to be conducting backroom deals and obtain high-end medicines in exchange for completing missions.
