thirty simulations of the NFL season, Tampa Bay and Miami will meet in Super
Bowl XXXVIII.

Using the franchise mode in Madden NFL 2004, the 2003 NFL season was simulated
for 30 seasons and here are the results:
NFC
NFC West:
St. Louis Rams had 25 playoff appearances, 12 conference championship
appearances, 6 Super Bowl appearances, and 2 SB wins
NFC North:
Green Bay Packers had 24 playoff appearances, 8 conference championship
appearances, 6 Super Bowl appearances, and 3 SB wins
NFC South:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers had 27 playoff appearances, 15 conference championship
appearances, 8 Super Bowl appearances, and 4 SB wins
NFC East:
Philadelphia Eagles had 20 playoff appearances, 7 conference championship
appearances, 4 Super Bowl appearances, and 3 SB wins
AFC
AFC West:
Oakland Raiders had 24 playoff appearances, 17 conference championship
appearances, 9 Super Bowl appearances, and 4 SB wins
AFC North:
Pittsburgh Steelers had 22 playoff appearances, 7 conference championship
appearances, 7 Super Bowl appearances, and 1 SB win
AFC South:
Indianapolis Colts had 7 playoff appearances but no conference championship or

Madden NFL 2004 is available in stores now on six platforms and has already
sold through 2 million copies in the first three weeks since release. The Madden
NFL franchise is in its 14th season with over 32 million copies sold. The
franchise recently was unveiled for display at the Pro Football Hall of Fame,
the first videogame to receive this honor.
