Video Gaming News - September 2002
Ft. Lauderdale, FL (September 27, 2002) - Xicat has moved back the
release date for ChopLifter: Search and Rescue to Q1 of 2003. The reason
for the delay is to make graphical and other improvements. The original
release date was scheduled for Nov. 2002.
"We’re taking the extra time to ensure ChopLifter is head and shoulders above
anything else out there. We’re adding levels, beefing up the graphics and
revamping the score and the interface," says John Linn, Creative Director at
Xicat Interactive. "We want players to feel the intense pressure in each level
in the game. It will be worth the wait," added Linn.
