Video Gaming News - June 2002

Redwood City, CA (June 3, 2002) - EA Sports announced today that it is using its 2002 FIFA World Cup game to simulate the actual tournament on both a PC and a PlayStation 2.  The tournaments are being run without human players, with the game playing both sides in each match.  Results will be posted throughout the time that the actual tournament is taking place on EA's website at: www.ea.com/easports/articles/wcpregroup1.jsp.
