San Francisco, CA (May 15, 2002) - Ubi Soft Entertainment today
announced an exclusive deal with Rage Software, to publish games based on the
Rocky movies. Rocky will be available on all next generation consoles and
will launch in North and South America this fall.
"Rocky is the kind of license that will attract fans of the movie as well as
sports buffs", said Jay Cohen, vice president of publishing for Ubi Soft
Entertainment. "When the bell rings in this game, it's for real - you become
Rocky - the kind of everyman hero that strikes a chord in all of us."

the title is one of our most important games due for release this year", said
Paul Finnegan, CEO at Rage. "We believed that it was essential to have a major
partner in place who could maximize the title within the US marketplace and have
every confidence that the game can become a major seller across all console
formats this fall."

Developed by UK-based Rage Software, Rocky the videogame is the closest fans
can get to the real thing. The hard-hitting, adrenaline-pumping, sports game
will hold true to the look and feel of the movie with everything from accurate
boxing styles to awesome arenas. Rocky will also let players get into the ring
against Rocky's most infamous opponents, including Clubber Lang, Ivan Drago,
Apollo Creed and Tommy Gunn.
