During gameplay press and hold L + R + A + B + X + Y.  Next press White.  You will be level 10, with 45 skill points, and 500,000 gold.

During gameplay press and hold L + R + A + B + X + Y.  Next press Start. You will see a menu that lets you select level warp or infinite health.
