Time to play a little soccer.  Enter Timberdale and take a hard left and you'll find a large soccer ball.  Run behind it and you'll kick the ball.

To win the heart you'll need to score a goal.  Kick the goal past the gate along the cliff behind it.  You'll soon see a small soccer goal and net.  Kick the ball into it to win the heart.

If you're having trouble with enemies while trying to score, take them out before picking up the ball.  If you leave the ball alone for too long it will disappear and then reappear at the starting point.
