* Good choice:
Give the warrants to officer Derek. Old Town will have additional
merchant stalls that will offer you a 50% discount. The area will be bright
and clean, and guarded.
* Evil choice:
Give the warrants to Arfur. Old Town will have a general store and
no additional merchant stalls. The place will have prostitutes and no guards.

This is the Good choice, as removing the strong bandit presence allows people
to farm in peace. Giles builds a large and beautiful home and acquires many
hired hands. This choice opens up a follow-up quest with Giles' son called
"The Blind Date", after which you may buy Giles' farm house. Buying the house
also gets you the key to Giles' Cellar, where (The Enforcer) and (Silver
Key<34>) are found. His 5 star Brightwood Farm rents out for a large income
boost.

(C.1.14) Red Harvest [vs. Cold Comfort Farmer]                        {C114RH}

This is the Evil choice, as removing Giles allows the bandits to have total
control of the region. Unfortunately, this means no awesome farm house to buy
and no follow up quests. Still, it's fun to kill tons of bandits, and you get
early access to (The Enforcer) and (Silver Key<34>) in Giles' Cellar.

(C.1.18) Westcliff Development                                        {C118WD}

If you do not give Barnum a loan, Westcliff will remain as you first find it.
With the loan money, Barnum is able to turn Westcliff into a town with shops,
some caravan wagons, and pay you back 15,000g. The real win here is the shops
which can now be purchased to generate higher income, especially the pub and
the weaponsmith.

(C.1.19) Defender of the Light [vs. The Oakfield Massacre]            {C119DL}
..............................................................................
If you defend the Temple of the Light and defeat Cornelius Grim, the cult of
shadows dissolves, and the Temple of Light flourishes. You will be able to
purchase the Temple of Light after returning from the Spire. It is expensive
but generates high income. Several new homes will be built and put up for sale
in Oakfield as well. The Temple of Shadow will be deserted.

(C.1.20) The Oakfield Massacre [vs. Defender of the Light]            {C120OM}

If you slaughter the residents of Oakfield, the Temple of Shadows flourishes.
You will be able to purchase the Temple of Shadows after returning from the
Spire. It is expensive but generates high income. The Temple of Light closes
down. No additional homes are built in Oakfield.

Sacrifice: You gain lots of good and purity points. The people will raise a
statue in your honor in Bowerstone.
Family: You get your family and dog back from the dead.
Wealth: You get 1,000,000g and lots of evil and corruption points.
