Only one thing bothered me about this game and it definitely was NOT
the language! The gunplay in the game was quite horrid to begin with.
Since the Right Analog Stick controls the aiming reticle, the game
becomes quite difficult because the Camera is pretty slow to move.
The enemies move faster than Fiddy and trying to shoot them is a big
waste of ammo because of it.
Strafing becomes a chore than second nature because Fiddy CANNOT target
while strafing from left to right but all the enemies in the game CAN!
You wanna talk cheap deaths?
But other than that, I still found the game to be quite enjoyable to
certain point. Although Fiddy has his objectives, it isn't always clear
how to accomplish them. It took several hours more than it should have
for me to complete the game but that's where the fun was.
50 CENT: BULLETPROOF plays like a Max Payne game. It has a similar
storyline with similar backdrops, and has the same corrupt,
backstabbing characters. In fact, the game even uses the Havok physics
engine, which was also used in a Max Payne game!
If you enjoyed the Max Payne games, then give 50 CENT: BULLETPROOF a
weekend rental. It should be a blast!
But if you are a hardcore 50 Cent fan, by all means, buy the game and
enjoy all the G-Unit hi-larity that ensues!
