GREEN BAR - This is the HP Meter. It measures how much HP the character 
has left in the Mission. To refill HP, simply defeat enemies or destroy 
objects in the vicinity to find Green essence.


BLUE BAR - This is the Cosmic Power Bar. When performing Special 
Attacks, the meter depletes but fills back up slowly. To refill CP, 
simply run around or destroy objects in the vicinity to find Blue 
essence.


LIVES BAR - This is the Lives Bar. It is located on the upper left of 
the screen and shows how many lives your characters have left. Find the 
Green "4" Icons to increase your chances of beating the game.


SUPER BAR COUNTER - This is located on the upper left of the screen 
with a Golden "4" Icon. This indicates how many times you can enter 
"Super Mode". Find Golden "4" Icons in the area to increase the number 
of times you can enter "Super Mode".


CHARACTER SWITCH - The D-Pad controls the line-up and which character 
to control. Press UP for Reed, DOWN for Ben, LEFT for Sue, and RIGHT 
for Johnny.
 

++BIG NOTE: When all four characters are onscreen, the CPU controls the 
other three. Switch between characters to avoid losing health and just 
let the CPU do the work. 
Remember, switch characters to conserve health!
