JV's Viper is a piece of work. You need to win this car. It has performance 
upgrades already installed that you can't buy until after you beat the next 
Blacklister (Ronnie). Put an Ultimate N2O system into it, and it scores 
almost a perfect 10.0 in all three performance categories. It will smoke 
the rest of the game.

But, you have to beat that Viper at three races first. You'll need a high-
quality car of your own and knowledge of the tracks. In the drag race, 
watch for a tractor-trailer crossing the road in front of you. Dodge right 
and you should go under the truck. Besides being a neat trick, it's the 
only way past the semi.
