Smash those chess demons. Then, head for the opposite door.

= Spiral Staircase =
--------------------
Head down the corridor. Along the way, you will see a red light. Touch it for
Secret Mission 8.

Run down to the bottom. Instead of heading to the opposite door, head down the
passage. Use the door.

= Lux-luminous Corridor =
-------------------------
Defeat the various Damned Pawns. Use the door at other side beyond the Damned
Pawns.

Its the same puzzle as before, but with more tricks!

Here is a diagram showing the positions of the crystals.

O = crystal
X = crystal to be smashed

Guess what? Its more to that! Navigate to the upper right crystal, and you
will see that a section of the wall besides it can be broken down! Smash
the wall to reveal more crystals.
As before, smash the "X" crystals.

With few more crystals revealed, you can solve it now. The final diagram

Go to the end of the hidden passage for the item, the "Orihalcon". Damn Capcom
for putting a dummy 'statue'. Now head back out.

Head down the new path, ignoring the Damned Pawns.

A divinity statue nearby. Go take the Holy Water at the bottom.

Walk up to the gigantic door and use the Orihalcon. Enter the door.

Now battle with Vergil.

= BOSS FIGHT: VERGIL (2)=
-------------------------
The fight with Vergil is tricky and hard. Vergil's basic attack is a chain of
sword slashing, ending with an aerial diagonal feet kick to the ground. He will
also turns into Devil Trigger mode, in which he will be able to move forward and
resist your attack while he uses his attack. He will also retain his old attacks
which he uses in the previous fight.

Personally, I prefer to use the Tricksters' Dash to dodge the last hit of the
combo. Attack him using the moment he touches the ground, following up with big
combos. While you attack, if Vergil counters with his sword, in which a flash of
lightning will appear while both men will be stunned back, immediately jump to
dodge the follow-up attack of Vergil. 

Jester's real identity will be revealed, and 7000 worth of red orbs are your
end boss reward.
