"I'll post is whenever someone needs it... and since another isn't on this page, I suppose it's alright.

Mostly everyone will ask Pelly of Phyllis of the town's condition, and they normally respond with "We need more Green" or something of the sort. They may also say there's too much green, which means you've planted more than 14 trees per quadrant.

Begin by starting at the wall of your town(left or right) in top corner. Use your shovel, or just lay out pattern mats, to count the spaces until you've completely counted 16 down, then go across, 16. This is why it's called 16X16 acres.

Continue the cycle until you have spread it across your town, and you have 16 divisions. The planting of the trees now begins. Focus on getting at least 12 trees in each quadrant, but don't strain yourself on the beach acres, I'm quite sure they can have less trees (not sure how many less though). Do not plant trees adjacent (next) to each other, meaning RIGHT next to each other. You can check by seeing if you can walk around the tree, if you can, it's fine where it is.

Flowers - Simply have 3 flowers in every quadrant, and that's all you need for them.

Weeds/Litter - Everyday new weeds grow, but they will not affect the town unless it gets out of hand. Pick them before it does. Do not litter either. Fruits can be on the ground, but not too many, or else it will be counted against.

Rewards - jacob's ladders will begin to spring up.

Also, within 16 days, the golden watering can will be given to you by either of the office pellicans. The watering can preserves flowers, and when sprinkled onto a wilted black rose, it becomes golden.
