"When Albedo released the seal the lost path to Miltia was reopened once 
again."  Both the Immigrant Force and the Federation launched an offensive 
into Miltian space with the intent of gaining control of the original Zohar.  
The Federation however was slow and unorganized and they were unable to stop 
the Immigrant Fleet's advance.  In response to this Helmer sent a number of 
ships to assist the Federation.  He also planned a covert operation with the 
intent of securing the Zohar, with the help of Vector.  In the newly restored 
Elsa, the group made plans to descend into Old Miltia.  Several new members 
also joined including Jin and Canaan to ensure their success.

Dr. Mizrahi is speaking to MOMO about the coming operation, she says that 
utilizing MOMO's special skills they would likely be able to get into Old 
Miltia undetected.  She tells MOMO to make sure she comes back alive.  
Elsewhere on the Vector ship Dammerung Shion is talking to Miyuki when she 
suddenly sees an image of the red haired girl Nephilim.  She asks herself why 
the girl had such a sad face... Shion goes to take a nap.

During her nap she has a dream about the Zohar and the young Realian Febronia.  
Febronia says that this is the cave where her sisters are held captive, a 
prison constructed for the Zohar.  She tells Shion to set them free from the 
cage.  Shion says that she doesn't even know where she is, how can she help?  
Febronia responds with "Soon you will visit this place."  Shion wakes up and 
sees another vision of Nephilim in the communications room.  She says "Feb is 
waiting for you, there's no time left."  She tells Shion that when she gets 
there she will have to make an important choice for her sake as well as 
theirs.  Shion finally realizes that Febronia's sisters are on Miltia, but 
then Allen interrupts and the vision ends.  He asks her if she's busy at the 
moment but she says she has to go somewhere... to Old Miltia.  Allen says it's 
impossible for her to get transport, and even if so there's a war about to 
start, it's dangerous.  Shion says that she has a plan though, there's a 
transport that Kevin was developing concurrently with KOS-MOS here on the 
ship.  It can travel through hyperspace without going near the U.M.N.

Just they're starting to initiate, some Realian soldiers pour into the room.  
Allen uses the big guns on the ship to scare them off however.  Off they go.  
The white haired man whom we say previously in the first game watches them 
from a window.  He is approach by another man in a red cloak who says that 
Albedo's ascension has been detected.  The man is Wilhelm, but the identity of 
the clocked man is still a mystery.  Wilhelm says that the rest is up to 
"her," she'll be able to accomplish the task.

Allen and Shion approach Miltia when they are suddenly attacked by a fleet of 
ships including a super maneuverable ship with agility like none they'd ever 
seen.  They're hit with a blast and lose shields, the super ship opens up to 
reveal some kind of uber A.M.W.S. inside the shell and the last thing we see 
are Shion and Allen flying toward it.  The scene cuts to another alert going 
off.  KOS-MOS is once again waking up by herself.  As the scientists watch in 
awe, she turns her cryo-sleep bed into a space motorcycle.  Before going 
anywhere she announces that Shion is calling her and then creates a magic bike 
ramp out of energy and blasts off into outer space.  Back in Allen and Shion's 
situation they are spiraling out of control.  That's when KOS-MOS appears and 
starts blasting enemies out of the sky.  She once again changes the shape of 
her space motorcycle and uses it to dock onto Shion craft creating a more 
powerful transformer death machine.  After obliterating virtually the entire 
enemy force, that one super-mech manages to disappear before being blown away.

After all is said and done they are floating out in space when a transmission 
comes in.  It's Captain Matthews of the Elsa, congratulating her.
