Gain health

Switch to the stats menu and select the health entry. Then enter: Black - White - Black - Black - Black. Press and hold A to add health.

Gain magicka

Switch to the stats menu and select the magicka entry. Then enter: Black - White - White - Black - White. Press and hold A to add magicka.

Reduce fatigue

Switch to the stats menu and select the fatigue entry. Then enter: Black - Black - White - White - Black . Press and hold A to reduce fatigue.
