You're now escorting a police van with Jake in it, and a Range Rover smashes one of the cop cars, then takes off. You have to stop the Range Rover. Here are the directions it goes incase you lose it:

Take a right onto the Police Station road, then a right at the end of the road. He goes down this road, through the intersection and under the tunnel. You should have crashed the Range Rover by the time a fork in the road comes up. Don't let it get to the right of the fork. when it's busted, you have to head back to the police van. From the fork, here are the directions:

Take a left at the fork

Turn left

Turn left again at the roundabout

Turn right at the 5th intersection

Turn left at the intersection on this road

Take the 2nd left

Turn right at the intersection, and a video starts

The mission is complete.
