Ubi Soft released information on the Cyframes appearing in Evolution Worlds:
In Evolution Worlds, Adventures like Mag Launcher, Chain Gun and Pepper Box
possess Cyframes, or magical body weaponry. These Cyframes give special, skilled
attacks that are learned through experience. Players can also find or buy parts
to upgrade their Cyframe for more types of attacks. For example, Mag Launcher
has a Cyframe that starts with a Hand and Hammer parts to do punching and
pounding attacks, but he can find other parts such as a Spray for gassing,
Boulders for rock attacks, Spinner for yo-yo attacks, etc. Players can add slots
to carry as many as 100 parts, and upgrade the parts for more attack power.
MAG
LAUNCHER
Mag has balanced growth in all abilities, but his attack ability will benefit
the most as he goes up in level. As he increases levels, his heal points will
sky rocket and he will have a good defense. Mag’s starting equipment:
• Cyframe 1: Hands Parts
• Cyframe 2: Lighting Hand Parts
• Accessory: Rocket
Mag’s Special Abilities
• Magna Punch – crushes enemies with punch and backhand
• Giant Knuckle – crush opponent with gigantic fist and energize your companions
• Sledge Hammer –Hammer punch enemies with gigantic hammer, causes paralysis,
confusion and brainwashing
• Magna Rock – crush enemies with a gigantic rock
• Sleep Spray – spray sleeping gas
LINEAR
CANNON
Linear is the best healer in the game, and that should be her primary role. She
can help out with attacks, especially in the beginning. As she levels up, she
gains access to new skills such as poison, confusion and paralysis. Linear can
also utilize her ocarina (similar to a flute) to attack enemies. Linear begins
with:
• Weapon: Frying Pan
• Accessory: Four-leaf clover
Linear’s Special Abilities:
• Protection Spell – boost defense ability of party
• Wake up Touch – cure sleep or blindness
• Love Spell – cure all entire party
• Fearful Tone – drive enemies from fight with terrifying tone
GRE
NADE
Gre Nade’s normal attacks are powerful, but he is also good at bringing the best
out of others via his lecturing skills. He can also lower the attack and defense
power of enemies, as well as power up Cyframes for brief bursts of power. Gre
Nade’s starting equipment includes:
• Weapon: Old-style gun
Gre Nade’s Special Abilities:
• Pull Yourself Together! – during combat, encourage a companion who can no
longer fight and restore 25 percent of the character’s HP
• Flaccid Soup – lowers enemy defense ability
• Spaghetti La Mer – fresh octopus ink causes blindness
• Roast Chicken – enemies get a full tummy, and their speed drops
PEPPER
BOX
Pepper Box is powerful and often can take out an entire row of enemies utilizing
her blow dryer. She is essential late in the game because she has the most
powerful attack. Pepper Box’s starting items:
• Cyframe 1: Blade Parts
• Cyframe 2: Special Bullets
• Cyframe 3: Ice Cartridge Parts
Pepper Box’s Special Abilities:
• Quiet Shot – special bullets filled with anesthesia
• Rolling Shot – special bullets filled with poison liquid
• Death Metal – decibel metal sound immobilizes enemies
• Trip Sound – music trips up enemies and brainwashes them
