"The game is alright, the main problem is the view. Everyone I talk to uses a different camera view. I wish it had a side view where you can see all of your players and it's not to small. Also when you pass the ball down the court on side view, you can't see who they are passing to because the ball does not catch up to the screen, the ball goes to fast for the screen. And some of the players are over rated. Some players dunk every time they drive to the lane on anybody, that's extra weak. Also, they need to get the rookies straight, start analyzing them a little more because most of the time, the game makers make them the wrong size and weight and also appearance. For example, Chris Wilcox the rookie from Maryland is fat on the game, he does not look like Robert Traylor, he is a quick, fast, tall, power forward, that can run the court. Please fix your rookies next year. And don't have players like Tracy McGrady reverse slam on Shack or between the leg dunk on 3 people in the lane, that's just not realistic. Show a little more power dunks by the big men and finesse dunks by the smaller men that can dunk. But you should only be able to finesse extraordinarily in open court on a fast break." - wrherb20

"I have to agree that NBA live 2003 is not fun due to the fact the are a lot or steals and blocks. I really makes the game not fun and boring." - 4U2NV

"In total agreement there - some players will never miss a jump-shot or dunk, there is pretty much nothing you can do to stop someone in the act of doing a lay-up or dunk - you can't even foul them hard these days! You call this a simulation?!? The franchise mode is a good addition, with new rookies created & improving over time, though what does a GM have to do to resign his best talent???(ridiculous!!) The commentary is improving, and the crowd reactions are good (maybe soon they might actually be well animated.) How about having ref's on court, "fronting up" confrontations between players after hard fouls, and bring back the very occasional shattering backboard - these games are supposed to be fun!" - DrSoop - Melbourne, Australia
