Winx Club: Mission Enchantix appears in stores
Konami today announced it has shipped Winx Club: Mission Enchantix to stores nationwide.
Making its series return to Nintendo DS, Winx Club: Mission Enchantix provides new and exciting gameplay with a mix of puzzles and exploration, as well as an expanded Magic Closet mode that offers young fans an adventure full of fantasy, fashion and magic.
Based on the hit animated children's television series Winx Club, broadcast by 4Kids Entertainment, Winx Club: Mission Enchantix introduces young gamers to an exciting new story mode featuring ten enchanting chapters of the popular TV show's season three storyline. With an expanded game world, players can battle numerous beasts and monsters on their journey to defeat the evil Lord Baltor using a wide range of magical moves and spectacular spells. Players are also introduced to six addictive new mini-games ranging from puzzles to dance to action.
Featuring more than one hundred unlockable pictures, videos and songs from both the American and European versions of the television show, Winx Club: Mission Enchantix allows gamers to enjoy hours of uninterrupted gameplay and entertainment. Adding to the excitement of this fun-filled adventure classic, players can listen to music from the Winx Club 2 soundtrack, view clips from season three of the show and watch videos of their favorite Winx Club fairies.
Using an enhanced dress up mode, young fashionistas can also design outfits for their Winx fairies choosing from an assortment of cute tops, bottoms and shoe combinations from the Magic Closet mode. Players can share these exciting and colorful creations with friends through all the multiplayer capabilities of Nintendo DS.
