Montreal, Canada (December 20, 2005) - Strategy First today announced that S.C.S - Dangerous Waters has shipped to North American retail outlets..


From Strategy First:

Gamers can play as the American, Chinese or Russian forces and will engage the enemy on, above, and below the ocean’s surface as commander of ten of the world’s most effective naval platforms.

“Dangerous Waters is good to go!” says Jay Podilchuk, Executive Producer at Strategy First. “All the Wargamers and Armchair Generals out there better brace themselves; Dangerous Waters is going to be bringing some much needed, high-quality strategy to this season’s Christmas PC line up.”

“As the first game in our Sonalysts Combat Simulations brand, we’re very excited to be releasing Dangerous Waters to the masses this Holiday season.” says Jamie Carlson, Producer at Sonalysts, Inc. “The response from the gaming media has been extremely positive and we’re confident that the gaming community will be equally enthusiastic when they discover the infinite strategic possibilities that the game provides.”

With the addition of GameSpy Arcade support, the retail version of S.C.S. – Dangerous Waters includes standard multi-player and multi-station functionality. Thus, players will be able to compete against each other or collaborate as a team. When utilizing “multi-station” mode in multi-player, up to 30 players can team up and operate individual crew stations on the SAME platform to achieve mission objectives.
