San Francisco, CA (November 14, 2006) - Today Ubisoft announced the
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas Challenge, an online video game tournament
sponsored by Gamestop and EB Games, Future U.S., Inc. and Dodge.

The tournament kicks off December 27 and will pit four-player
teams against each other to battle it out in the exciting Vegas locations
featured in the highly anticipated first-person shooter Tom Clancy's Rainbow
Six Vegas for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from
Microsoft. The tournament will be held on the Xbox Live online game service
and will culminate in an online championship on January 28, 2007. The winning
player will take home an all-new 2007 Dodge Nitro.
"The Rainbow Six franchise revolutionized the way people played console games
online and it remains one of the hottest franchises on Xbox Live,” said Tony
Key, vice president of marketing at Ubisoft. "Ubisoft is thrilled to be
bringing its partners and the Rainbow Six fan base together to celebrate the
