The competition, which is open for registration, kicks off November 15th,
2004. With a chance to battle it out for a $5,000 jackpot, the tournament will
see some of best gamers in the world competing against one another for bragging
rights and top rank!
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War is a revolutionary science fiction real-time
strategy (RTS) game set in the violent, post-apocalyptic universe of the 41st

"The game is so addictive, THQ should be required to put a warning label on it,"
said Jason Carlton, director of Gaming Operations at the GGL. "I normally only
play First Person Shooter games, but DoW’s gameplay is fast and furiously
exciting. Look for it to make waves across traditional community boundaries."
"We're very pleased with the response Dawn of War has received from consumers
and critics. We think gamers will have a blast playing the game for years to
come and we're happy to be working with GGL to turbo charge the development of
our competitive community," said Ron Moravek, general manager, Relic
Entertainment.
