Ubisoft announces PAX East game lineup
Ubisoft today announced its game lineup for PAX East, held in Boston March 11th through the 13th.
The Ubisoft booth will be located at exhibit space 824 and will feature a variety of first looks and first hands-on experiences of Ubisoft's diverse upcoming lineup. Additionally, lots of exciting prizes will be distributed to booth visitors throughout the day.
For the first time ever PAX attendees have an opportunity to play Child of Eden on Kinect for Xbox 360, controller free games and entertainment. Consumers will also be treated to the first public demos of the recently announced Call of Juarez The Cartel and the PlayStationNetwork and Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft titles Might & Magic Clash of Heroes, Beyond Good and Evil HD and Outland.
As an extra treat for fans, Tetsuya Mizuguchi, the creator of Child of Eden, will lead a select amount of live demonstrations for attendees from the Child of Eden stage in the Ubisoft booth on Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to the game demos, Ubisoft is featuring a variety of special pre-order promotions at its booth. Call of Juarez The Cartel fans can participate in a unique "Follow the Road Trip to Juarez" promotion when they pre-order the game at PAX. If at least 200 people pre-order the game, they will each receive a Gamestop gift card valued at $20 with their order. Consumers interested in purchasing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier can pre-order the game onsite at PAX to receive a free Ghost Recon Future Soldier T-shirt designed exclusively for PAX East attendees. There are additional opportunities for Ghost Recon fans that "Like" the game's Facebook page and participate in photo opportunities at the booth. Child of Eden pre-orders at PAX East will receive a light-activated T-shirt, and to complete the Child of Eden look, fans will get a chance to win a pair of light-up glasses if they "Like" the game's Facebook page.
