Redmond, WA (October 31, 2002) - Today Microsoft Corp. announced the
retail availability of Age of Mythology, an extension of the Age
of Empires series.

Microsoft Game Studios. "From Tokyo to Los Angeles, the 'Age of Empires' series
has incited broad fervor among a wide array of international audiences. The

"Age of Mythology" will be available at leading retailers nationwide including
Best Buy, Electronics Boutique and Circuit City Stores Inc. beginning Oct. 31,
2002, for an estimated retail price of $54.95 (U.S.) and is rated "Teen."
