Redwood City, CA (September 30, 2005) - EA today announced that The
Sims has been nominated for induction into the walk of game at the Metreon in
San Francisco, California.

The Walk of Game is a landmark honoring the icons and pioneers of the
videogame industry. This year, The Sims has been nominated for this honor.
Winners are selected based on fans' votes. Anyone who registers at the
www.walkofgame.com
website can vote at least once a day for the entire month of October. The final
inductee will be announced in November 2005. Vote starting October 1st and help
The Sims make history!
The Sims has a rich history. Not only is it one of the top-selling video
games of all time, but The Sims 2 was the No. 1 PC game of 2004—in both Europe
