Pack will be available in North America for a suggested retail price of $19.99.
Existing SimCity 4 users will be eligible for a rebate of $10.00 when they
purchase SimCity 4 Rush Hour.

Customers will need to mail in the coupon, bar code, and receipt of purchase
of SimCity 4 Rush Hour. Pre-orders are available through
eastore.ea.com.
