Gaming News - July 2002

Moscow, Russia (July 3, 2002) - 1C today announced that they have made a patch available for Jazz and Faust.  To download and install the patch, follow these steps:

How to install:

1. Download jaf_upd1_z1.exe (664 096 bytes) from http://games.1c.ru/PATCHES/jaf_upd1_z1.exe 

2. Run the file (self-extracting archive)

3. Enter path to game installation folder

4. Press unzip button

5. Close window after archive contents are unzipped.

According to 1C, this patch makes the following fixes and improvements:

1. Fixed a crash bug in Port location (software more).
2. Added compatibility mode for ATI Radeon 7200, 7500, 8500 cards.
3. Fixed a crash bug with ATI Radeon 7000 card.

Launch setup menu (setup.exe file in the game's folder) and turn on "ATI Radeon Compatibility" option to run the game in ATI Radeon compatibility mode.
