New York, NY (June 27, 2002) - Codemasters has created a new Fan Site Toolkit for its upcoming fantasy MMORPG, Dragon Empires. Gamers can now download official materials to add to their personal web sites at the dedicated Dragon Empires web site (http://www.codemasters.com/dragonempires).

From Codemasters: 

Prospective empire builders can download game logos, banners, concept artwork, screenshots, desktop themes, rendered artwork and other elements in high-resolution formats that can be scaled to suit the individual requirements of any personal web site. The new screenshots available on the site demonstrate the game’s genre-leading landscaping graphics engine that creates visuals making the game world a place that is begging to be explored.

Dragon Empires Fan Site Toolkit will be regularly updated with additional materials. It forms part of Codemasters’ unique web-based initiative to provide ardent gamers with official game elements for use in the creation of themed sites. The Fan Site Toolkit for Dragon Empires is now live on www.codemasters.com and is accessible from the Downloads section. Videos for Dragon Empires are also available from the download section of the game’s web site (http://www.codemasters.com/dragonempires/uk/downloads.php).

Dragon Empires is scheduled to enter Beta Testing this summer and Codemasters is eager to sign up more Beta Testers. To be one of first to sample life in the world of Fortitude and help shape Dragon Empires, gamers can sign up for the Beta Test at: http://www.codemasters.com/dragonempires/beta_form.php. 

Dragon Empires is scheduled to be available this winter for PC gamers. The game will be launched as a boxed product with players subscribing on a monthly basis to play.
