Redmond, WA (May 1, 2006) - Microsoft today announced the availability of a Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends demo and released details on the game's pre-order program.

As the launch of “Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends” quickly approaches, players itching to get into the action can download an advanced taste of the mayhem with the free game demo. Additionally, fans can now pre-order the title and get their hands on a bonus disc that will include a bundle of exclusive game content and extra materials.

The “Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends” demo features an in-depth preview of the single player “Conquer the World” campaign and unlimited play against AI opponents on three quick battle maps. Players will control the Vinci race as they are thrust into the heat of battle against an onslaught of enemies in the scorching Alin desert landscape. The demo is free and currently available for download at www.riseoflegends.com.
