Santa Clara, CA (March 21, 2006) - Namco Bandai announced today that Me and My Katamari has shipped for the PSP.

Now fans of the award-winning Katamari franchise can roll-on-the-go with all of the same glorious gameplay, loveable characters and colorful graphics they’ve grown to adore. The third installment in the Katamari series behind Katamari Damacy and We ♥ (Love) Katamari, Me and My Katamari will now allow fans to enjoy the title anytime, anywhere. The title is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB.

A host of new special features are rolled into one amazing package as Me and My Katamari includes four-player Ad Hoc wireless play, customizable characters, a new island-themed interface and a handful of new cousins – newly created for the PSP system.

An epic undertaking of earthly proportions, this time the King calls upon his pint-sized son, the Prince, and all of the cousins for help. Taking a break from celestial construction, the King of All Cosmos takes the royal family on vacation to a tropical island paradise, where they become tasked with the responsibility of creating new Katamari islands for homeless animals.
