San Francisco, CA (March 23, 2005) - Eidos today announced that LEGO
Star Wars: The Video Game has gone gold. The game will ship on April 2, 2005.

Rated E for everyone, LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game defies the generational
gap to be enjoyed by all ages. Children and adults alike will play their
favorite Star Wars movie scenes from Episodes I, II, and the upcoming final
chapter, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, while laughter will erupt from
experiencing LEGO constructed characters and environments. With over 40 of your
favorite Star Wars characters to play and over a dozen starships to collect,
LEGO Star Wars will take the imagination of players to new heights. For those
good enough to unlock all the starships, there is a bonus level with more
surprises that lay ahead.
The Light Side and the Dark Side of the Force are now brushing up on their LEGO
knowledge and abilities, preparing to meet face to face and fight for control of
the galaxy. Get ready for a battle like no other in the history of the universe.
LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game for PS2, PC, and GBA will be available in stores
across North America on April 2, 2005 with the Xbox version soon to follow....
