San Francisco, CA (February 17, 2006) - Today Ubisoft announced that Drakengard 2 is now available in stores throughout North America.

Drakengard 2 is an action role playing game featuring a unique fantasy world of knights and dragons with intense hack and slash swordplay, melee combat, and a mix of ground and aerial battles that takes place 18 years after the original. Released in Japan last June, Drakengard 2 became an immediate success, topping Japanese sales charts and selling more than 100,000 copies in its first week of release.
