This compelling adventure is based on a young reporter, Jimmy Palmer, who is writing a story about a series of gruesome murders in the Low Side District of New York. He soon begins a dangerous dialogue with a mysterious character and his obsession with this dark relationship compels him to seek out the evil killer.

Palmer examines crime scenes, interviews potential suspects and fits clues together as he gradually tracks down Jack the Ripper himself. The question on everyone’s lips…..Has the world’s most infamous killer resurfaced in New York?
