First add the command line parameter -enableconsole to the game's shortcut. During gameplay open the console [~] and enter these codes:

Slomo X	Set game speed to X [0.1 - 1000.0, 1.0 = normal]
Behindview 0	First person view
allammo	Full ammo
allweapons	All weapons
loaded	All weapons, full ammo, and 100% adrenaline
God	God mode
showhud	Show/hide HUD
ghost	Walk through walls
Behindview 1	Third person view
