Start the game with the parameter /CHEATS=1 (add it to the end of the Target box in the shortcuts property window). Then press [~] during gameplay to open the console and type the following codes:

Cheat	Code
Enable cheat mode.	sys cheats 963
Commit suicide.	cheat suicide
Decapitate your character.	cheat decap
Enable god mode.	cheat lord
Teleport your character.	cheat teleport
