"The Egyptian Prophecy has numerous complex levels. Each with it own pros and cons. The beginning tells about Ramses going to the temple of Abu Simbel, and asks him, to lengthen his rule over Egypt. The only way to lengthen his rein is to build him a temple, and the greatest obelisk ever, to be erected in a time limit. If this does not happen Pharaoh will dye. So, the main idea of the game is to save the Pharaoh Ramses’ from dying, simple as that.

You start of at the work place of the temple, you learn that the head architect, Paser is sick, and that no one can heel, he is the only one with enough knowledge to erect the obelisk. You go place to place to learn how to heal Paser. You’ll search for items, to help you on your journey. Sometimes you have to have one item to be able to use another. You also have to talk to people. Help them and they give info.

As you progress you learn what is causing all the problems, why, and how. Each level could be either easy or hard, you will learn the controls fairly quick. The are not complicated either. If you have a hard time hearing you can always read the subtitles, witch you can always turn off.

Parts of the game are timed, for example, one time you get bit by a cobra you have to find papyrus inscribing an elixir for a cobra bite you have to search throughout the house the ingredients. Or in a duel you must defeat your enemy before you’re a goner.

The game can be hard in parts, so I used a walkthrough in parts I just couldn’t figure out. If you’re stuck they are always a good source, try not to read to far ahead, (it might ruin a really good part). If beaten it’s a fun game to just start over and play again well I think that anyway. Its easy to remember, for example I didn’t play it for a couple months and still remembered.

This wasn’t the biggest review you’ll find but, I hope it gave you an idea of what the game is like. Have fun on the Egyptian Prophecy! 
