"Strength, dexterity and speed can be improved by swimming or working out on
the exercise machine.  Keep your Sim in shape and their body skill will be
especially valuable in the Athletic or Military career tracks.  Active Sims can
build this skill more quickly than others."

To increase your Body skill, you can:

- Go swimming in the pool
- Use the weight machine
- Work out to the television
- Work out to the stereo
- Do Yoga
- Use the Exerto Punching Bag (Career Reward Object)
- Use the Exerto Selfflog Obstacle Course (Career Reward Object)

Once you earn at least three points for Body, your Sim will be able to perform
Yoga.  To do this, you click on your Sim and choose "Do Yoga".  While doing
Yoga, your Sim will earn body points and increase their fitness.  If you keep
performing Yoga, your Sim will learn more advanced Yoga positions.  It's kind
of like a hidden, eighth skill.
