Well Folie the idiot said that all the twins cheats were based on coincidence, but there is one twins cheat that is full proof. When in neighbourhood view open the cheat bar with ctrl-shift-c and then type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true exactly as i spelt it then when playing sims2 and your sim is pregnant and her stomach is larger then usual shift and click on her stomach and click debug-twins this cheat will always work.

Also every time you play sims before you leave neighbourhood view open cheat bar and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and when your picked your family and playing it you can drag your sims skills, needs, and relationships up also there is a variety of things you can do by holding shift and clicking on your sim, other sims, the mailbox, objects, and everything.

WARNING:You have to type this cheat in everytime you exit the game while in neighbourhood view

EVEN WORSE WARNING!!:Dont ever shift and click, and then click force error because it will crash your game. oh and dont click dump happy log. i did it once to grim reaper because he doesnt deserve to be happy. But if you do it to sim it could have bad effects
