Pros:

The concept of the game is excellent.

The graphics are very good.

Game content = Good

Even the expansion packs they put out are pretty decent.

Cons:

The game is not 100% stable - unusually high level of bugs.

Support - almost none. (try filing a petition)

Final review - 5/10

The game is alot of fun until you actually have to deal with the people who run the game CCP then the fun ends. Bad customer service takes away from this game in a big way.

I would give this game at least an 8/10 but the lack of stability and the poor quality of support force me to put this game to a 4/10.

Customer service is very important and unfortunately CCP doesnt hack it here. :(

Would not recommend this game.
