"It seems that there is a bug with the installer. If after installing you play with the window that appears automatically when you insert the CD, the game executes from the CD and so you can't save. The solution is to close the automatically opened window and execute from the Start Button, Programs Folder." - Madtronik

"Had no trouble with installing, running, loading or saving the game, though it took me a while to figure out how the various menus work to save and load the games! I am running it with Direct X 9 with no problems. Mission 38 is a real pain though--driving that damn truck around picking up supplies--some sadistic clown thought that one up..." - Ray Merriam
